this makes me wonder... could you take a modern webpage like digg.com and make a perfect replica that works in IE4 / NS4 for giggles? -
yes, the original win95 came with IE3... since IE4 was what merged windows explorer and IE, introducing active desktop and all that other good stuff. wikipedia confirms -
